Finca Los Angeles sits in the cool, shaded hills of Los Naranjos canton, El Salvador. Across 22 manzanas, 45 permanent workers (rising to 115 at harvest) carefully tend the coffee under a canopy of shade trees, regularly testing and balancing the soil for long-term health.
The farm proudly follows the RENACER field-school programme, led by Sigfredo Corleto and six technicians, applying the “4 Rs” of soil nutrition: Right Source, Right Dose, Right Place, Right Moment. Knowledge is shared freely with neighbouring producers through bi-monthly classes at sister farm Finca Noruega.
Ripe cherries are selectively hand-picked, then processed at the nearby Beneficio San Rafael wet mill, and dried with meticulous care. Strict warehouse conditions keep humidity between 10.5–11.5 % to deliver pristine specialty-grade coffee.
