Our story is one of community and coincidence. Fay and Bosun opened Ola’s Café in 2020 with a simple vision: a neighbourhood spot that serves great coffee, plays good music, and offers plenty of books in a warm, welcoming setting. That spirit has shaped Ola’s Café from the beginning.

Manos first walked in as a customer and quickly became a regular. He’s an architect whose studio happens to share the same name as the café, Ola Architecture Studio, and has a deep love for specialty coffee. The three of us connected over a shared appreciation for quality coffee and genuine hospitality.

From that connection, Ola’s roastery grew naturally. We source exceptional coffees from growers who care deeply about their craft. Our roasting style is light and considered, always aiming to highlight the character of each origin with clarity, defined sweetness, and balance. Everything we roast reflects the same values that guide the café: thoughtful, friendly, and grounded in community.
