Our People
Our coffee is shaped by the people who call the café home. From the beginning, our community has been part of everything we do, and the roastery is no exception.
Coralie, a talented architect and artist, created the beautiful watercolour illustrations that appear on our packaging. Her artwork brings personality and softness to every bag we send out into the world.
Dan, an oat-milk-flat-white regular, is a creative photographer whose eye for detail has helped us showcase Coralie’s illustrations and capture the everyday life of the café.
Margot, a regular from years back has since been living in Colombia managing post-harvest programs at leading farms. Thanks to her expertise and connections, she’s become central to our sourcing and has introduced us to exceptional growers.
Our community has supported us in countless ways. Customers have volunteered in our production shoot, offered their time, and shared their skills when we needed an extra hand.
Ola’s roastery exists because of these relationships. Our people shape our coffee, our space, and our story.
