Managed with a balance of tradition and precision, the farm places particular emphasis on selective harvesting and careful post-harvest handling to maintain quality across each lot.

Coffee is typically grown on gently sloping terrain, allowing for a combination of mechanical efficiency and manual selection where needed. After harvest, cherries are processed using controlled natural and pulped natural methods, with drying carried out slowly to ensure even moisture loss and stability.
